The order would be automatically cancelled by our system if we do not receive any payment within the time limit given
HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE FOR THE GOODS TO BE DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMERS?
The estimated time of delivery start from the date of the settled transaction, it would take about 4-6 working days for JABODETABEK areas, 5-7 days for Java and Bali island, and 6-9 days for other islands outside Java.

We would suggest you to check the package delivery status periodically in order to expect when the goods would be arrived in your registered address, however, if in case you are not able to receive it, it could be received by your relative.

We regretly inform you that currently we do not have Cash on Delivery payment option, the payment option that currently available are bank transfer and or Visa and Mastercard
GOODS RETURN AND REFUND
Goods return applies if the goods that has been delivered was either has different colour/style/damage from our end. The goods return shall be done within a week from the receiving date.

Kindly wait for the confirmation from Stark Retail Indonesia regarding the form and the goods return, once we received the goods, we would notify you through sms/email/phone and we would do further process to validate the goods return reason, once it validated we would transfer back your money to your bank account
HOW IS THE REFUND CALCULATION?
The money that we have returned is the amount of the returned goods (shipment cost not included)
HOW LONG THE REFUND PROCESS WOULD TAKE?
Once the complete data received, the refund would be processed in 5 (five) working days (weekend/public holiday not included)
